First a recording, saying not a telemarketer, there is something going on with card, then quickly transferred to a man, I asked his name and he said Jonah, he asked for my husband by name, said we have questions about his card, it was declined yesterday and said I don’t know if you are Mastercard or not and he nicely advised to be called back at 1-866-222-4146. How do you know when you look up Mastercard and MBNA’s phone number, what numbers are legit? We won’t be calling him back at this number! (robocall / recorded message)

I got this call multiple times a day. every time I received the call there is an robot telling me it call from MBNA bank and ask me to wait and then waiting music. (This is to pretend to make it sounds real from a bank call). No real person talk. It is a phishing scam aiming for your card number and password. (robocall / recorded message)

nothing i hung up as soon as he said MBNA finanical services..i called it back a couple hours later and it rang twice and a woman answered and just said hello and i hung up (live person)
